Chelsea Arden Parker is a video artist and arts organizer in Minneapolis, MN. She is the co-creator and curator for Feminist Video Quarterly, a local video arts community and screening featuring work made by female and non-binary artists.
She is also the Film Festival Director for the Altered Esthetics Film Festival, a yearly experimental film festival hosted at the Southern Theater. Chelsea’s artistic practice includes photography, animation, puppetry, non-narrative video production and video installation. She currently works as a freelance video editor, and has previously facilitated youth video production, media literacy, and studio instruction at multiple local cable access stations.
